Quality Assurance Manager
As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for overall product quality at MAS Intimates facilities in Thulhiriya and Mihintale. Quality that stands above the rest. You will implement and improve quality assurance control systems, ensuring all products conform and exceed set standards, thereby establishing benchmarks for product quality. You will create awareness among all concerned parties, especially our employees of all quality standards and regulations. You will lead a cross-functional team of professionals, across the Thulhiriya and Mihintale business units.

A Degree in Production Engineering / National Diploma in Technology / Diploma in Quality Management with 8 years work experience and at least 4 years in similar capacity Or a Diploma in Clothing Industry Training Institute with 10 years working experience and at least 4 years in similar capacity would be a pre-requisite.

Experience in bra-manufacturing is essential.
