BBS Publications International (Private) Limited, a BOI approved company, is seeking applications from experienced professionals for the below position in Sri Lanka. BBS Publications publishes educational, informative and tourism publications.
The Company is looking for bright, result-oriented team personnel to be part of this exciting company. All positions are based in Colombo
THE CANDIDATE
The candidate(s) will be typing documents in the three languages as per above as well as entering data in various databases. Reception duties will also be given to receive documents from the public.
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years experience in a similar position
SKILLS and APTITUDES
• Fast and accurate typing skills on typewriters and mainly on computers
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
• Pleasing personality
• Loyal and discreet
• Love of the job
• Career oriented
• Able to work efficiently and fast enough to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of the 3 languages a must
Possibility of advancement within the company
Salary commensurate with experience and education
Selected candidate must be able to take up his/her position within a week from his/her selection and will have to sign a confidentiality and non-competitive agreement.
